We arrived on a magical winter’s night that started with a quick stroll from the train station and walked into a Christmas wonderland full of cheer, joy and wonderment. From here it just got better The friendly welcome, the delectable breakfast with options galore. The inviting lounge area and just how they captured the Christmas spirit Our suite was comfortable, and the bed was a dream Shower was hot with rain shower and hand held available with good pressure and a view outside to the garden and snowy backdrop

This property is excellent value for money, and we were pleasantly surprised with the interiors. The lobby is stylish with a central restaurant/bar area. The garden is also a beautiful place to have a few drinks. The rooms are comfortable and well sized for Europe. All rooms have AC and free wifi. The gym is enough for a quick workout as well, and it was very clean. Location is also great and only a ten minute walk from shops.

Excellent location close/ easy flat walking distance to the town centre and medieval area. Clean modern hotel with excellent seating areas in reception, bar area also a delightful courtyard off the bar. Polite friendly staff comfortable clean bed and bedding in good sized room which also had small corner sofa. Breakfast excellent selection with freshly cooked items. Underground secure parking.

The welcoming staff was very friendly and good at their job. On arrival when the receptionist saw our baby she told us the room we booked is located towards the nearby discotheque and it would probably be loud during the night. So instead we got a room facing the other side of the hotel. We only stayed for a night and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but the room was spacious and the restaurant looks nice. The gym/sauna/pool on the 2nd floor looks also decent. Overall definitely recommendable for a couple of nights.

Friendly staff, modern, very clean hotel. It was Sunday, so most facilities were closed, as a Brit, always seems strange as you would expect more of 24/7 culture in UK, but as expected. The hotel itself was a joy, standard rooms was very well equipped and super clean, even english tv channels. Couple of restautants that do open Sundays within 5 minutes walk, both italian. The closest appears to be a buffet, dj led party atmosphere on Sundays, so not our thing really, but set by the water it looked clean and vibrant. Hotel staff were super pleasant, spoke english and didnt hold my poor attempt at german against us 😁 All in all, an excellent place to stay, and highly reccommended, you will not be disappointed. Parking was super slick, no hunting for bays as it tells you your bay number on entry, quite possibly the cleanest car park outside Dubai. *nearly forgot, the bed was super comfy too, great nights sleep.

Good location, easy to reach by car and in walking distance from the center. Parking garage available. Very good room facilities. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Liked the fireplace at the bar and the Christmas lights in the courtyard. The courtyard in itself is nicely arranged.

The room was very nice and the sofa 🛋 corner in the rooms was very nice and practical. That you can choose between English and German on the TV was wery nice and practical for me.the service from the staff 😀 and then spesielt the reception staff was extremely good and nice 👍. It's a wery nice and good place for English speaking people/ guests

Pretty nice location, bar serves local beers and the lobby & garden area were cozy. Receptionist was a kindest persona ever seen at a hotel, after being stuck on the highway due to a horrible car accident, we were able to reach to the hotel around 1am, he offered us an executive room, which helped us to have a better rest. Much appreciated!
